We personally select, cut and wrap every cheese that goes into your box, so If you have any allergies or preferences please state when ordering. Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes to your box.
Although we try our best to guarantee next day delivery, we are at the mercy of our chosen courier. Should you have any issues with your delivery, then please contact the courier directly.
We are only able to provide a refund if there are any issues with the condition of the cheeses when you receive them. Should you have any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of your box being delivered at email@example.com
